How do we create a program for you?

                             
» Step I :
Our first step is to sit down with you and talk about your company and how it functions. We want to understand your company's needs and operation so the program we create will meet your unique requirements.

» Step II :
Secondly, we talk to the people who will be using the program and discover what they would like to get out of the program. What is on the "wish list" and what kind of information would make their job easier.

» Step III :
The third step is to complete some preliminary drawings of program interfaces. We sit down and present each form with a detailed explanation of how they will work. At this point we see if we have covered everything that you need. As we review, this process usually reveals areas that should be added to the program.

» Step IV :
The next step is to present you with a quote and completion date for your approval.

» Step V :
Our fifth step involves starting the actual programming. At this point we arrange to meet every week to two weeks for progress reports. We demonstrate the actual program created to that point. These meetings not only help everything stay on track but you become familiar with the program as it grows.

» Step VI :
Our last step is delivering a completed program and installing it on your computers. We make sure that everything works properly and that everyone using the program is comfortable with it. Because of your involvement throughout the whole process, the program is very familiar and you are ready to use it right away.

Note: For clients who are in a different city, the process is very similar except that regular meetings and updates on the program may be done by email and phone.
